“A safe place where everyone has a voice.”

Phase 2

Forging Individual Transformation

Program Overview

This 16-week, all-gender group offers a deeper exploration of healing from childhood sexual abuse by focusing on specific topics raised in the Phase 1 program. Through trauma-focused mindfulness, meditation, and self-reflection, participants work on enhancing coping skills, understanding core beliefs, and setting SMART goals for healing. The program covers themes like rewriting one’s story, integrating grounding techniques, exploring sub-personalities, and practicing forgiveness.

Participants engage in discussions about healthy relationships, overcoming self-sabotaging behaviors, and managing emotions such as anger, shame, guilt, and fear. All activities take place within a safe and supportive environment that encourages growth and connection.

The goal of the Phase 2 program is to achieve the following outcomes on our Theory of Transformation:

  • Develop Self-Compassion
  • Build Coping Strategies
  • Build Healthy Habits

This is a closed group process – orientation is required, and no new members are accepted after the second week. Orientation can be conducted over the phone, or in-person. For full details, see the “How to Apply” section below.
