Young Adults Program

The Young Adult Program is a 5-week support group for survivors of childhood sexual abuse aged 18-25, providing a space to connect, share, and heal.

This program features guided discussions, skill-building exercises to develop or enhance coping strategies, and education on self-care and its importance. Participants are encouraged to share their stories and experiences, fostering a sense of community and inclusion among young adults with similar experiences.

By connecting with peers, participants benefit from reduced feelings of isolation, enhanced personal growth, and support as they move forward in a healthy and positive way.

The goal of the Young Adults Program is to achieve the following outcomes on our Theory of Transformation:

  • Acknowledge What Happened
  • Be With and Connect With Others
